Customers who feel a tingling sensation may have dry lips. Two to
three days of conditioning the lips with our rich Gloss
Moisturizer should alleviate the dryness. The tingling sensation
should cease with the consistent use of the Gloss.
IS LIPSENSE APPROVED BY THE FDA?
Approval starts at the raw material level. All raw materials in LipSense
products are approved by the FDA. Furthermore, LipSense is
manufactured in an FDA approved manufacturing facility.
HAVE ANIMAL TESTING METHODS BEEN USED WHILE DEVELOPING LIPSENSE?

AFTER EACH LIPSENSE APPLICATION, HOW LONG WILL THE PRODUCT LAST ON MY LIPS?
Assuming three applications have been applied and the gloss is applied to
prevent drying, the lip color will last several hours. The exact
length of time is dependent upon your personal body chemistry.
Longevity is also affected by medications and alcohol intake.
HOW LONG WILL ONE VIAL OF LIPSENSE LIP COLOR LAST?
If one were to use the same color everyday on average lips, one color
vial should last at least three months.
WHY DO I NEED THE WHOLE SET OF LIPSENSE COLOR, GLOSS, AND OOOPS!?
The Gloss must be reapplied as it wears off to protect the integrity
of the color as well as moisturizing lips.
AS A CUSTOMER, MAY I BUY MORE THAN ONE LIPSENSE COLOR AND AN EXTRA
GLOSS WITHOUT HAVING TO PURCHASE THE COMPLETE SET AGAIN?

WHAT DO I DO IF A ACCIDENTALLY SPILL SOME OF THE LIPSENSE COLOR ON MY
CLOTHING?
It has been our experience
that most of the LipSense color can be removed from clothing with
dry cleaning fluid. Take the garment to the dry cleaners or ask to
purchase a small amount of their dry cleaning fluid. Be sure to
first test the garment to ensure the dry cleaning fluid does not
ruin the garment.

AS A SENEGENCE INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTOR, HOW DO I ORDER INVENTORY
AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE IT?
SeneGence accepts Distributor Product Orders via fax, email, or regular
mail. Credit card purchases are always the recommended from of
payment, especially for email or faxed orders. We do accept checks
and we highly recommend they accompany the order. If an order is
emailed or faxed in with a check as payment, order are not
processed until SeneGence International has received the check.
Therefore, these orders may be delayed. Orders are shipped UPS
ground. Due to varying delivery schedules in different parts of
the country, you need to allow 5-7 working days for your product
to arrive.
HOW DO YOU RECOMMEND USING THE LIPSENSE LIP COLOR PRODUCT?
First, shake the product horizontally for a few seconds to mix the
pigment. It is important to start with clean dry lips so remove
any left over moisturizer or foundation that you might have on
your lips from applying your foundation. Once the lips are totally
clean and dry apply the LipSense lip color going in one direction.
(The way the liquid lip color is applied is significantly
different from the way most women are used to applying wax and
paraffin based colors.) The lip color is a liquid that needs to be
applied in One Smooth Even stroke across the lip. Do this once on
the top and once on the bottom. For those with fuller lips, it may
take another stroke across the lip to get complete coverage. Do
Not apply the lip color to the lip using a back and forth motion
with the applicator. This will cause blotching and unevenness. Do
Not purse the lips together until after the third layer is applied
and the finishing gloss is used to cur the color and give the slip
factor and moisture that we all are used to. (It may take a few
tries to break an old habit.) Three layers of the lip color are
advised for optimum staying power. So once, the first application
has dried, repeat the application a second or third time. The fun
part is layering different colors with each application to create
your own unique color. After the third layer apply one of the
moisturizing glosses: Glossy (clear), Pearl (iridescent) or Matte.
Always, finish with the Gloss!

No problem, we have a Clear that works wonders for this problem.
First apply one coat of the Clear then apply your lip color. You
may count the Clear as one of your layers or you can go ahead and
apply the three layers of color on top of the Clear coat... see
what works best for you. Always finish with the Gloss!
CAN I COMBINE COLORS?
Definitely. This is
one of the benefits of the three layer application. You can use
any of the colors to apply over another to come up with various
new shades. Some colors are better as the last layer such as Pink
Champagne, Gold Champagne, and Snow. The new Shimmers that come in
Pink, Platinum, Bronze, Gold, Princess Pink, and Ruby Red are also
great for a top coat but many feel that they can be applied under
or in between other colors. There are no rules... let your own
color sense decide the best colors for yourself.
HOW LONG WILL LIPSENSE LAST?
The length
of time the color will last on any one individual varies depending
on several factors, including an individual's own unique body
chemistry. The best way to ensure that the color will stay on is
to follow the instructions (above) on how to use the LipSense.
Most women will find that they can wear the color all day; some
will find they may need to re-apply the color one time as long as
there is no fresh gloss on the lips.
